2. When can I visit your office?

If you wish to visit us at our office, contact us and we'll set up a meeting. We will do our best to adjust the time to suit your schedule.

3. How are services charged?

The method of assessing, calculating and the payment of legal services and expenses is set out in the Tariff for the Remuneration of Attorneys' Fees and Reimbursement of Attorneys' Costs.

After our first contact and prior to rendering services we will prepare a non-binding estimate for you.

4. What costs are not considered the costs of the attorney/legal representation?

Court fees, expertise costs, inquest costs, bailiff's costs, fees for the issuance of some documents, the cost of certified translations of documents into foreign languages and other similar expenses and possible travel costs and attorney substitution costs are not considered costs of the attorney/legal representation.

5. What do I need to sign to take on your services?

If you wish to hire our services as your attorney (authorised agent) to represent your rights and interests, you will need to sign a Representation Agreement, and in the event of litigation before a court a power of attorney is also signed.
